Jim, I'm fully invested also, but with a cautious eye. Take a look at GE, considered by many to be a stock market bellweather. GE's debt to equity ratio is high therefore, increasing interest rates result in a bigger burden for GE.
Additionally, the stock's PE is much higher than its growth rate.

Also of interest, Janus funds spin-off is now official. There has been some rumours that there has been an outflow of money, but Janus has denied the rumours and has insisted that funds have been coming in at a similar pace to last year. From my point of view, the key to Janus' future is retaining their fund managers, and there has been no defections reported as of yet.
