Cable and Blocking...

One thing I find interesting in all of this blocking stuff is the post-TGVIA-buyout relationship of GMST with AT&T, via its Liberty Media tracking stock.

I see that LMG.A owns 44% of TGVIA. I saw in another press release that, at the time the GMST-TGVIA deal was announced, it would result in TGVIA shareholders holding about 34.2% of GMST. That will result in LMG.A holding about 15% of GMST. Of course, T is now the largest Cable operator in the U.S...

A Tangled Web, for sure. I wonder if there's anything in there?

Steve

NY Stew, hope all has been well...hope your doing much like myself and focusing on things other than the market of late, it's much easier to maintain peace of mind that way with the recent market environment!

The good news...GMST's about to make another move, IMHO. Certainly we've been waiting long enough, and it will be well deserved.

Be back in the near term, take care of yourself and best wishes to all my fellow GMST longs.
