could be, however from a fundamental perspective this one is still expensive, thus I'd look for a sign that it is going to move higher before buying.
I'm a bit skeptical about the story here and the possibility that it will enrich shareholders at the current level........however you know what a bit of hype and hope can do to a stock like this one......seems like H&H (or if you prefer P&D) can greatly outweigh any form of rational analysis.
