Scumbria, maybe the patent office does not have the "talent" you think they need, but the Dramurai surely have resources in this field ten times as large as RMBS, if you are right, they will bring this expertise to bear in a trial in which the patents will either be validated or invalidated. A very simple test for "obvious" is, "if it is so obvious, how come it was not done before".
