PS; and, yes....the above is very much exactly what you heard at the seminar.
One exclusion in the above text is how to construct the IL as keyed off the ACT. Anyone with the manual will be able to readily do that but I had to clarify the ACT and the entire expectation (or lack thereof) of the process so you can use the information with the proper intent in mind.
