it looks like Star Office is really the star office suite for Linux. Rod, have you discovered how it is possible that StarOffice is able to run on 6 different platforms without using emulation? sun.com (Look at Highlights for supported OS') Why doesn't StarOffice support WP? Doesn't this disadvantage SO from making inroads into the Legal community who use WP predominantly? Are they any independent reviews comparing Star Office to WP2000 and/or MSOffice? You keep mentioning the benefit of StarOffice so I think it's fair game to ask you how they can support 6 different OS's without being guilty of the same issues you make about WP2000 running on a WINE based system for Linux.
