Good points however even if natural gas stays close to the current levels some of these trusts should do extremely well. Not long ago the price was just over $1 now it is $5 Canadian

I must admit that the suggestion on the ROB show that natural gas would double again very shortly, gave me a bit of a queasy feeling. However when you look at the fundamentals - existing low supplies, increasing use of natural gas power generating systems in Canada and the U.S, a probable return to a more normal cold winter/hot summer cycle in North America, the fact that their is still not enough drilling being done, etc, I believe the case can be made.

Along the same lines, I really like the fact that these trusts are still for the most part ignored by the analysts and the media. When they start hyping these things, I will start planning an exit. Did notice an article in the Globe a few days back pointing out that the trusts had out-performed just about every other TSE sector over the last 6 months. Have to keep an eye on this.
