Ho, ho... Reit paper is out of control, I'd always check the pref's, no growth, but with the coming armagedon might be a tad safer.

Hi Terry. I know very little about the REIT industry, but those charts are interesting. What was the reason for the stock price declines between Aug99 and Apr00?
