I presume you have studied those 87 patents and in your great wisdom have come to the conclusion that Hitachi does not infringes.

I most certainly have not looked at all 87 patents. However, I have looked at the key SDRAM patent (as mentioned in the conference call), and have provided a significant amount of information to you as to why I consider Rambus case to be quite challengeable.

Comparing the Rambus case to the Polaroid case is absurd. Rambus is claiming infringement on some little details. They do not claim to have invented SDRAM or DDR.

If you are not a designer, it is probably very difficult to understand what a tiny percentage of the overall design that Rambus is claiming to own.
