I have no strong feelings about your post. I do have strong feelings about people who supposedly have fiduciary responsibilities and win big no matter what happens to the investments of the people that they are supposedly responsible for. I very much doubt that most people who purchase IPOs are aware of the huge potential dillution awaiting them as management, directors, and other insiders cash in their .40 and .50 options. The fact that ATHM management can be raking in millions of dollars while investors see their equity positions cascade downward makes me steam. When management makes so much money selling stock why bother with the busines? Hence I believe TJ is no longer actively involved with the company . Unlimited options is the disease of wall street. There are no incentives for managers to own stock and put their own money at risk and they have every incentive to focus on short term events that will move the share price explosively, exercise their options and move on.
