Paulie:

You guys have been showing us proof of Intel's ability to produce PWEIII's in significant retail quantities since last October, 8 months ago, ...that's right, 8 months ago, when AMD introduced their new champion, in its infancy, the 650 MHz Athy...Since then, Intel hasn't done much but spin the yarn despite your repeated proof claims of retail quantities above 700 MHz, while AMD has flawlessly and quietly migrated from 500 MHz to 1 gig and accelerated its ramping up of Dresden...

If I were an Intel shareholder the past 12 months, particularly if I was aware of AMD's flawless execution in delivering announced product, I'd be asking one question to Intel management...Where was the beef over the past 12 months? Intel's lack of beef over the past 12 months is not a great indicator as to probable relative performance wrt AMD over the next 12 months, imho!

By the way, Paulie...are you still filching on our $100 bet about AMD's Y2000 eps eclipsing 1.5 Intel's Y2000 eps, on a presplit basis? Also, on Feb 2, 2000 you expressed seemingly grave concerns about AMD's lofty price then of $35-11/16's...Guess you must be absolutely beside yourself at $82.50?

Not too worry Paulie, next significant trading range for AMD once through this $70 to $93 range is $100 to $120, then $120 to $150, possibly well before Y2000 year end! Hope, for your sake, that you haven't been short AMD, since your high level of expressed concern on Feb. 2, 2000 at $35-11/16's...
