My experience is limited to electromechanical devices for separation processes (thereby the "IMLE"). Combination of composition of matter, process and configuration processes, with different applications. IMPORTANT QUESTION: If a continuation was filed and the patent issued, is there not a public record (of the continuation)? This would be important for the interested parties to explore in this case (shareholders and shorts included). BP
