Snyder needs to be run to ground -- persued whenever he gets out of line. We know what he is. It really isn't necessary for anyone to send him to prison, fine him. It just needs to be unpleasant to those who employ him or quote him or associate with him to be reminded each and every time he commits an improper act.

Exactly! I wrote to H&Q and told them of my and many others problems with Snyder, and thus H&Q and Chase. If they feel that many, many tech investors are going to steer clear of H&Q due to Synder (and thus lose current and potential accounts), they'll get him to tone it down.

We all need to email, call and write H&Q EVERY time he gets out of line.

They would be able to deal with this kind of behavior very efficiently in this Mennonite community in upstate New York. They call it shunning.
