I calculate the Short Term Strength using 3 months data. I found that data more than 2 months old are not significant in ranking the Select funds.

I don't trade funds short term.

However, I'll get out of a fund if the fund drops like a rock. For Select funds there is a 0.75% penalty if the holding period is less than 30 days. Some growth funds have higher penalty and longer holding periods.

For growth fund's stock holdings, do the following:

1. Go to
personal300.fidelity.com

2. Click on the Fund name.

3. Click on Holdings (at the top), then move down a few screens to see the top 10 stock holdings. If you move down a few more screens, you'll see the penalty and minimum holding period of that fund.
