Neither. Look at petd, seto and cvde. Much more upside in any of these at this point, imo. I'm in all three, so I offer my complete unbiased opinion here, of course!!

I'm not in rmbs now :-( But it may be a buy, imo, if it comes down another 15 points or so. There's talk that NEC will be the next to sign a licensing agreement with rmbs. Expectations are very high right now with rmbs. But I think there could be a speedbump with the upcoming earnings rpt in July. I suspect it will be ok compared to estimates, but at the same time, meeting estimates after this runup would be "underwhelming"!
