AXP changing it's commission schedule starting in November(?)

A friend of mine who has an American Express Brokerage account mentioned that the free trading at AXP is coming to an end. $19.95 to buy and sell.

All of those customers who switched from Schwab, Morgan Stanley, etc...are probably gonna reconsider their switch.

I don't know if this is part of AXP's weakness. or not.
