I guess the light bulb should not have been patentable after all it was just a carbonized filament in a vacuum jar. I could go on with how this is just an extension of the carbon arc and that it is intelletually deficient ala Scumbria. <LOL>

If the programmable register patent was held by a DRAM manufacturer, it seems to me that it would be rather insignificant. Am I correct in believing that it is Rambus position as an IP only company, that makes this patent a problem for the rest of the world?
