Ralf - the SEC filing needs to contain any possible material risk, even if they are quite remote. The Register is kind of the "National Inquirer" of webzines, I wouldn't put too much stock in this.

Dear Ralf: I of course cannot be sure, but IMHO MSFT's official ARROGANCE against a sitting, respected Judge and 17 States Attorneys Generals AND the Dept. of Justice is not going to aid their position with whichever appeals courts end up with this. I, this time, agree with the Register, its RECKLESS. JDN
