Kevin,

Postings on SI are subject to lots of things, including subpoena, and therefore folks should be very careful about how they phrase things.

When accusations between individuals cross the DMZ, that is a civil matter. When accusations from an individual against a company cross the DMZ - it has the potential to be a federal matter.

My sense of humor is intact.

Fact.... CYBR owns the PATENT on EHC.
FACT ....CYBR owns the right to first refusal on all new Medtech devices developed by Georgia Tech. (of which they are rumored to have some great developments upcoming)
Fact...... CYBR Has the FDA approval on The EHC.
FACT.... CYBR beat the competition by obtaining the patent, and FDA approval.

I am long on CYBR.
