Now, Gussie, you and I know that putting a title on something doesn't make it necessarily so. The fact that IDCC's patent says "seamless" isn't worth a warm bucket of spit until and unless the underlying technology is put to the test. And you know that Q soft-handoff technology has been used millions of times. Who's using IDCC's "seamless" technology? How much moolah has it gotten from royalties? Where has it been subjected to trials? Is it commercialized yet? Those are the pertinent questions. Can you answer them?
