The Amazing Life of Jesse Livermore by Richard Smitten. This is a biography of Jesse Livermore of "Confessions of a Stock Operator." If you loved that book, this one is complementary and I felt a better read. Nice black & white photos too. Plenty of insight to Jesse's thinking on stocks as well as his lifestyle. Really interesting insight on the need to get real time quotes even back then. Read it from beginning to end without a break, it was that good. Some good idea on industry leaders and how they affect the stock market. Jack
