Bob, Lots of speculation over on RB thread, but no solid info. My take: in the absence of official words to the contrary, I expect at least some form of IS (maybe for institutions) will roll out by end of the month. If it come s out this week, maybe home use version will also be out by end of the month. I've been in a long time, and plan to hold for quite a while, but I still hope for a real nice run in the next week or so, just to make my portfolio LOOK better! Good luck, John R.
