Elmer,

"She's a witch.

How do you know she's a witch?

She looks like a witch.

They dressed me up this way.

What do we do with witches?

Burn them!"

Any questions about going against the crowd?

Scumbria

In Law, the standard for responsibility is that a person either knew or should have known. This would hold NiceGuy to the same accountability. You have held me to a different standard and in my opinion it reflects of your inherent bias and absolves me of any responsibility.

I see the utility of this standard in a court of law. This thread is quite different from one. Everyone is here as per their own volition, almost everyone is anonymous and there is almost no responsibility. Thus IMO, a different criteria can be applied; you don't have to absolved of any responsibility because you didn't have any to begin with. I am holding NG and you to the same criteria. It is different from what you expect but I think your expectations are a little bit high for this forum. Maybe so were mine.
