true. But I wasn't talking about fund managers per se, rather friends who are financial professionals more generally, and about what they do in their private accounts. The notion that some rank newbie know-nothing can waltz into the market, gab online a bit with some semi-anonymous clowns, and end up making three-figure annual returns is both implausible and offensive to most non-SI types... :0) tb PS that hasn't stopped them from taking some of my picks, mind you...
