Here is a link that may help you with your question Perry. I see Gateway offers Cisco 800 series DSL products. Micron...I wasn't able to find anything on DSL. " G.Lite (also known as DSL Lite, splitterless ADSL, and Universal ADSL) is essentially a slower ADSL that doesn't require splitting of the line at the user end but manages to split it for the user remotely at the telephone company. This saves the cost of what the phone companies call "the truck roll" or on-premise installation. G.Lite (officially ITU-T standard G-992.2) provides a data rate up to 1.544 Mbps downstream (ex. downloading files, viewing web pages) and from 128 Kbps to 384 Kbps upstream (ex. uploading and transferring of files). G.Lite service is not currently available in the U.S. but is expected to become widely available. Dell offers a V.90 G.Lite modem to connect to G.Lite DSL when it becomes available." dell.com
