StephenK: I don't know all that much about CMRC...but I have a problem with a company that offers credit cards at a near-loan shark rate of 20%... and can't turn a profit. Perhaps they need more time. Perhaps the acquisition of AppNet will buy them some earnings. If they're swapping inflated stock for earnings it might be a good move. (Lee)
