UPGRADE COMMENTS: Rustam: you quite rightly commented on the TIMING of the Deahna upgrade--why not earlier? In my experience, the timing of upgrades is closely coordinated with the sales wing of the brokerage house. Step one is that the firm accumulates a huge quantity of cheap shares in somebody like CYMI. Then the analyst presumably is told: "Ok, we have as many as we are going to buy". Guess what? Now is the time for the upgrade! Guess whose shares are sold to the firm's clients based on the upgrade? Best wishes, Jim
