Well I took a short ride from $76 to $97. That's good enough for me, let's not be too greedy. More shorts coming in now I think at the magic $100 number.

Greg, Tate said "Our patents are pretty fundamental," said Rambus chief executive, Geoff Tate, during a press conference Friday to announce Rambus' next-generation memory interface technology for the consumer market. "I think it's likely to say that most companies will violate these patents." Fundamental or trivial? The more "fundamental" the patents are the more difficult to engineer around them. I sure do hope everyone stays in denial a bit longer. bp
