Well, I think by now he should be. How many years have the DRAM manufacturers had to find another way to engineer around RMBS' patents? 10?

I like that last comment by the CEO, it's likely to say that most companies will violate these patents

And many other non-Rambus patents as well. The unique thing about Rambus is not their patents, but rather the fact that it is very difficult to counter-litigate against a company that has no product.

The press conference indicated that Rambus' product has become litigation.
