I assume you post in good faith. If so, consider that the very nature of U.S. technological progress depends on the fostering of innovation. Our patent system, which grants exclusive monopolies for temporary duration, is fundamental to the system. You may call it blackmail if you so choose. I choose merit.

Far from it.

RMBS has every right to expect fees from anyone who uses their IP. By calling them blackmailers you really do betray your knowledge of just how fundamental their patents really are.
