Laura, <<CHIP>><<will work?>> Anything that causes the MMs to be concerned about shorting CHIP is in our interest IMO. I understand that a broker can't lend out shares that are offered to sell, but I'm not completely sure about that. If just a few of the holders of multi-k shares (i.e. SSP, et al) put them up for sale at higher price, it should give any potential short something to think about. Do the GTC's know something they don't? I'm almost certain from the recent trading that the MMs don't have the shares they are currently selling.
