JDB, If it weren't for the lawyers and their handiwork of Friday, where would RMBS be trading right now? About $15? Sorry to butt in, but isn't this true of every successful tech company with Intellectual Property rights? Without the lawyers enforcing their patents, do any of them succeed? I was referring specifically to the poor performance of Intel DRDRAM systems compared to SDRAM systems. This is the first apples to apples comparison we have had, and as I predicted, the SDRAM wins. Why? Latency. In this light, the Toshiba announcement was critical to the stock price not collapsing today. Scumbria
