Jim,

You got caught up in your DDR dream and it has turned into a nightmare for AMD.

How many times have I said that nobody needs DDR or DRDRAM now in PC's? It's the latency, not the bandwidth that is important in PC systems.

DRDRAM is good for network processors and high end graphics systems, because they require multiple ports to high bandwidth memory. PC's have no such requirement.

More nonsense. You got caught up in your DDR dream and it has turned into a nightmare for AMD.

For DRAM makers maybe but not for AMD. If RDRAM becomes the perfered memory solution AMD will work with RDRAM.
