Jay, Is good news good news, or is good news bad news?

Fundamentally nothing has changed that materially impacted Cymer's earnings growth prospects. (Is Cymer merely a great low risk, growth stock, or just a fantastic value play?) I consider Deahna's last downgrade as nothing more than a good market call on his part. (Double top timed with the market meltdown). Will Merrill Lynch follow?

Always consider the source. Analysts are nothing more than high paid salesmen for the brokerage houses. Their reports stimulate trading and commissions. That is what it is all about. A skilled trader will learn to ignore the pundits, and draw his own conclusions from his due diligence.

I took maximum advantage of the selloff and loaded up in the low 30's on this cycle after breakout of the downtrend line. I sold in the mid 60's based on the double top and oscillator divergence. I now own twice as many shares. And my average cost basis is still way down there. Thank you Jay Deahna.
