Ali,

All Rambus applications are within a very narrow
mindset of 32 devices, 2.5 mm apart, on a short 8-cm
wire. This did not work for technological reasons.

Where did you get these numbers from? Certainly not from any data sheet I have seen. Anyway, it does work.
