This is a piece of an article concerning Globix' purchase of capacity on Viatel's Pan-European Network. Does anyone have info on Viatel. I thought GBLX and LVLT would be the owner of all fiber pairs on the Yellow Submarine cable (a.k.a AC-2) Fez ___________________________ ...Significant trans-Atlantic capacity, including the fiber pair it will own and operate on the Yellow Submarine cable that currently is being constructed by Level 3 Communications and Global Crossing. Taken together, Viatel will soon be able to link its pan-European, North American, metropolitan and trans-Atlantic fiber network to offer its customers a wide array of voice and data services over a single integrated network.
