You guys need to relax. There were a couple directors that were going to be replaced (thus liquidated their puny 20k positions) due to the ETEK deal (with some new folks hopping on the board). This is actualy a good sign, seems to indicate that the merger w/ ETEK is expected to be a done deal. As for the selling its quite insignificant on a stock w/ such market cap and volume. Regards, SH
