cfoent: What about Primeco-Houston? I was under the impression that Primeco was a totally CDMA outfit. They are (were-now Verizon) in this neck of the woods. Anyone know for sure about Houston? Might this be ATT's nose under the CDMA tent?

RE:Are these CDMA that AWE is acquiring?
If I read it correctly, the news release says that the largest acquisition in San Francisco ( one million subscribers ) is TDMA, and the two smaller acquisitions (about 200,000 subscribers each) in San Diego and Houston are CDMA.
