Don Hays looking for major reversal mid-July. Expects market to trend higher until then. I am holding off on bear fund purchases. USPIX could easily drop another 10-20% before reversing

the long term chart sure looks kaputt. but that was true of e.g. the DAX chart as well in '98 - and it went and made a new high along with the blow-off in the NAZ.

actually all you have to ask yourself is will Al print again ahead of the election? i think he will...
