Barb - my presentation in the quote you mentioned was to illustrate that CYBR is not a pumpandump shell scam - that is has real technology that has been recognized by the FDA as worthy of marketing. I did not say that there was a guarantee of success, as you suggested I did. What I did say was simply that if the assumption of Auric was that CYBR was a pumpandump scam/shell - then that assumption is proven incorrect as the tech is real, the product is real, and the FDA merely acknowledged those facts and approved the device.
