Is that what the Supreme Court's purpose should be -to jump right at the chance to bypass a panel of 7-10 appeal judges before they can exhaust defendant's claims of foul? Defendant's that have been found guilty by the judge who wants to sidestep them? This judge Jackson must have some influence in your opinion?

Let's not forget the Supreme Court should give MSFT the same considerations that it would give you, I or any American who cried foul with mountains of documentation against the powerS of the United States government!

After all they are SUPREME!
