Michael,

The squeeze is on for the hub vendors. The kind of installations that Capellix was addressing is better addressed and supported by the switch vendors. Zoox' recent move towards the edge won't generate revs before beta trials and they face heavy competition there. More like they are facing several challenging quarters.

Crds is facing increasing native FC controllers that connect directly to hubs/switches for tape libraries and disk farms. SCSI to FC sales may slow. Their InfiniBand initiative holds some forward promise.

I bet Morgan Keegan hasn't lost a dime on either of them.

MTIC's announcement of the alliance with Veritas followed on the heels of their horrible 4Q and hasn't helped the price much. The development agreement should help both companies compete with EMC, NTAP, SUNW, IBM etc.
