Time frame and future growth are going to be based on how fast management can get things on track. Building a team that can sell into large accounts is not done over night. The question that no one but insiders know is: When did they recognize the problem and how far along are they in getting the right people in place.

We have one data point so far. Judging by the comments from last quarter earning release, the management knew at that time they had issues closing large accounts. Getting some idea on how far along they are in fixing the problem is a key data point that I would love to know (along with the steps they are taking).

As I stated earlier, I don't expect a sustain rebound in this stock until late this year / early next year. Based on my experience, it will take this long to get the right organization structure in place and to recover confidence and momentum in the market. Early fall would probably be an excellent speculative buying timeframe.

In terms of the lawsuit, every shareholder is automatically part of it. That is how a class action suit works. I believe a class action suit can be initiated if there is more than one plaintiff named in the suit and the lawyer can show there are a lot more people who would be "natural" participants. I generally don't bother with these suits. If I don't trust a management team, I don't invest. Simple as that.

Unless there is absolute fraud (like in the Cendant cases), class action suits are plain stupid. Managers are people and they will make mistakes. Every manager at every company has done this. The quality managers recognize their mistakes early and fix them quickly. A good management team can take a okay product and make it a winner. On the flip side a bad team can take a stellar product and bomb it.

The CTXS management team has shown they have great entrepenuerial skills. Whether they have the management skills to deal with a large company remains to be seen. This crisis is a real test for them.
