Implied volatility on AMD is clearly very high. Would you say that the ratio of AMD outstanding options to daily volume(or shares float) is higher than most comparable stocks? What about the put/call ratio- is the call bias higher than most stocks?

The stock's performance perplexes me. It clearly is undervalued considering its potential earnings and market conditions. Do you know which market makers are significant writers of AMD options? Is there a place I could find such information?
