There are numerous polls out there, none of which gives Clinton or AlGore the Junior much credit for the economy. They rank below business, the Fed and Congress.

The people are smarter than you think.

Cisco's John Chambers held a hugely successful fundraiser for George Bush this past Tuesday - the most successful fundraiser in the history of Silicon Valley.

I admit I am kind of backward when it comes to Economics, Could to you point me to all those polls? I have never ran into them.

Clinton-AlGore ranked behind business, the Fed and the GOP Congress as being responsible for the good economy:

Gore appears to be losing the economic argument to Texas Governor George W. Bush. Asked which candidate for president would be better able to maintain economic prosperity in the United States if elected, Bush wins by a slight margin, 43% to 38%. Gallup’s most recent election poll shows Gore trailing Bush in the race for the presidency by a 13-point margin, 52% to 39%.
