"... Edwarda, knew that this place is as real as home. She always differentiated the two with "2D" and "3D". Her passing has driven the point home to me. This is the "real world", it is just 2D. But dammit it hurts in 3D."

Thank you JXM. There is a real lesson for all of us in those words.....another in the many that are a part of the legacy that Edwarda has given us. Being as "true" in 2D as in 3D is a part of what made her so special. She may have departed SI and this earth, but she will live on in our hearts, thoughts and souls.

Thank you Edwarda for all that you have given this community, your close friends, those who knew you only slightly as well as those who knew you not at all. For your contributions have made this a better place for all of us - this community, this world and this life.

Edwarda is special.
Her passing leaves an unfilled hole.
She regularly shared her positive outlook--
and sometimes unorthodox thoughts<g>-- in a
free, open and gracious way.

Though we were not close friends, we were
friends and I appreciate all that she shared
with me, but most of all, the kindness and
generosity of spirit with which she shared herself.

God bless you, Edwarda.
You deserve eternal happiness.

Tom,

I have sat here though out the day......sometimes just staring at the screen in disbelief. Still at this time the words have eluded me regarding expressing the loss I feel today. And the reality of that loss is a long way from setting in. At some point the words will come to me, I will just be able to sit down and express my feelings on having had Edwarda as my friend. Until the words come to me....I may just sit here and stare in disbelief.
