R grutza,
Heres the second installment of MSDW -the komatsu part:
Komatsu (6301-¾661-SB) Laser Business Negligible; Maintain Strong Buy Minoru Kawahara
 We believe: 1) a joint venture between Komatsu and Ushio in lasers has caused confusion among Komatsu personnel; 2) Komatsu would no longer continue its after-service business in lasers; and 3) Komatsu could lose further market share in lasers.
 Komatsu counters these comments: Its developers wanted to join the joint venture with Ushio, and Nikon and Canon want to control the after-service, effectively barred Komatsu’s entry into that field.
 A lack of any type of commentary from the client side prevents us from arriving at any final judgement on the matter, but at this point, Cymer’s (CYMI-$47-SB, covered by J. Deahna/S. Pelayo) comments appear one-sided.
 We maintain our Strong Buy rating. Regardless of the accuracy of those comments, however, the contribution from Komatsu’s laser business is still negligible.
