the 8-k came out last night,the stock deal is NOT floorless,but there was something about MSTR having to pay 1.5% interest on the loan per month(18% perannum),but i am NOT an accountant so i don't know the implications---but the key story will be told by the tape by mid-day i think,as the institutional investors will have taken apart the 8-k by then--if institutional size buying comes into play,it is a no go on the short side in my opinion---will watch closely today.max
