Flag Resources (1985) Limited and Golden Briar Mines Limited Continuing Step Out Drilling on Platinum, Palladium, Gold Discovery in Rathbun Township, Northeast of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada

CALGARY, June 19 /CNW/ - Hole RBOO-25, 50 feet south of RBOO-15, the
discovery hole, drilled east at 70 degrees, has intersected 40 feet of
disseminated chalcopyrite-pyrrhotite mineralization, from 25 to 65 feet.
RBOO-15 discovered 35 feet of enriched platinum, palladium and gold values
associated with disseminated chalcopyrite-pyrrhotite mineralization, from 75
to 110 feet, in an unusual coarse gabbroic rock.
Step out hole RBOO-26, located 50 feet north and 80 feet east of RBOO-15,
is being drilled west at 45 degrees.
Drill core, from the 3 step out holes which have been drilled east and
south of RBOO-15, is being transported to Sudbury for logging, sampling and
assaying. RBOO-22, drilled east from RBOO-15, intersected 115 feet of
disseminated mineralization, from 10 to 125 feet. RBOO-24, spotted 85 feet to
the east, and drilling west, intersected 20 feet of disseminated
mineralization, from 65 to 85 feet and 24 feet, from 106 to 130 feet. As
reported, RBOO-25, 50 feet south of RBOO-15, and drilling east, intersected 40
feet of disseminated mineralization, from 25 to 65 feet.
On this project, Peter Giblin, Sudbury, Ontario, is the senior consulting
geologist, P.A.R. (Phil) Brown, Corbeil, Ontario, is the consulting field
geologist.
The Canadian Venture Exchange and The Montreal Stock Exchange has neither
