I believe he cares deeply and you don't have to get it to accept it as his belief even if you would think differently if you were in his shoes. It is his property at least until it comes out of his mouth over the radio and then ABC has the right only to that particular expression at that point in time and as recorded. Whatever. Let's just say I believe it really distresses him that someone is profiting from his work. Give the summary away, and he would not mind in the least. We post summaries here frequently and there never has been a problem. If he does not cover a topic on the radio or resigns from the show totally, it will be his property forever as there is no property right in silence. He may, of course, disseminate it in a manner of his choosing if he chooses to do so further at all.
